Hi I’m Clair! I’m an international certified yoga instructor(YTT 200), cook, and beverage consultant. When I am not with my clients I’m usually found walking around somewhere in the world wearing bright colors, on my way to procure produce for nourishing my loved ones, trying a new coffee spot with my husband Jason, falling into the vortex of talking about natty wine, or listening to a podcast while testing a recipe.
I offer a variety of wellness experiences with a key focus on inclusivity and mindfulness. I specialize in alignment focused vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. My chef services include personal chef, boutique special event catering, and cooking classes.
